When it comes to camping, I would not say that I am extraordinarily inclined. However, there is one thing that I am great at in the outdoors and that is cooking. When I met my boyfriend and realized how into camping he was, I decided that I needed to at least try to like camping. I took up cooking to entertain myself and I actually turned out to be very good at it. I started to enjoy cooking during our camping trips so much that I went online and bought some cooking camping gear for myself.

My favorite piece of camping gear is my camping cookbook that I purchased online. I never go camping without it. I have received so many compliments on my cooking during our camping trips and it makes me feel great about myself. I never would have guessed that I would have such a passion for camping, or cooking for that matter, but now that I do, I could not imagine my life any other way.

Camping is such a large part of my life now and my camping gear is as important to me as the tools I use in everyday life. I am so happy that I found my favorite camping cookbook and other camping gear when I did, I feel like I have discovered a new side of myself.
