I had some neighbors when I lived in the northwest that were really into the great outdoors. They would go camping and kayaking whenever they could. They are so many great camping sites close to beautiful lakes and rivers in the northwest, I think they probably had been to every one. I would see the couple tie up their kayak on the roof of the car, put their camping gear in the back and off they would go for an outdoor adventure week-end. They had so much outdoor equipment that there garage was almost full of camping gear and boating gear. Whenever I needed advice on what to buy for camping or any outdoor equipment, I went to them. They had a favorite sports outfitters site online that they bought lots of items from. Being outdoors as much as possible was their hobby and especially the husband would know the latest on sports outfitters gadgets and usually would purchase it. I have moved away since that time, but I often wonder if they have taken up another outdoor adventure sport.
