Hiking Gear & Rock Climbing |

I love going outdoor rock climbing. There's something invigorating about being on a real mountain and climbing it all the way to the top. I say this because I frequently climb indoors, so I'm incredibly grateful whenever I can experience outdoor rock climbing. In order to find a nice rock climbing spot, it takes a bit of hiking to get there.
Hiking gear is important to have when reaching a climb. Sometimes, it may take hours to find the perfect spot. That's why I always bring hiking shoes, water, first aid kit and whatever else necessary for the hike. Along with my hiking gear, I need to also bring along my rock climbing gear.
Rock climbing gear means bringing my rock climbing shoes, harness, carabiner, crash pads and chalk. Sometimes, I prefer going bouldering. Bouldering means that I'm climbing short heights, I have a spotter and crash pads to catch me in case I fall.
I think anytime I go outdoor rock climbing, it's important to bring along hiking gear. It's best to be safe and have all my needs covered.
