If you are like me, and you like to try and plan out everything in your life as best as possible but sometimes – being human – you make mistakes, then take my advice here folks: whenever you pack your camping gear, double check it and make sure that you have everything in order. I went on a camping trip to Tucson a few weeks back, and I was not so good about looking over my camping gear; turns out that I forgot quite a few pieces of gear, and that some of my camping gear needed to be replaced because it had gotten too old. That trip still went over well because my other friends and family had some camping gear that I could use. However, if I had been alone with my wife – which is many times when I am out camping – I cannot even imagine what would have happened. I would have actually had to cancel the trip. The moral of this story, I suppose, is that you should always double check your camping gear before any trip, and if you are missing pieces, order them online for a great value!
